- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sometimes I do giveaways on my Facebook page. Hint. Hint.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually email/text them. If it’s a bride and groom, I meet them for coffee weeks before the wedding and I’m available for phone meetings to talk through their special day. If it’s a family, I will contact them twice via email/text before meeting them for their session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a member of Rachel Vanoven’s Collective. She sends workshop videos on posing, family sessions, newborn, and editing. I try to keep learning and growing because there is always something new to learn in this field of work. I’ve also Certified in Photoshop.
