The team was great, even though we weren’t aware that Michael was not coming. It took a while for the crowd to get going, but once they did, it was dance and photo booth party time all the way! A few previously mentioned requests were not played, but most were. The crowd enjoyed wearing the props beyond just for the photo booth! They also loved the giveaway hats and glasses, especially. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing does vary depending on event type. All pricing however does include equipment and setup and breakdown fees. Travel fee, depending on location of event, would be discussed during consultations. We try our best to work with every customers budget and give them the most we can. We are known for giving extras at no charge when available as far as lighting, fog machines and other additions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?All customers are different. Certain events require more processes. I always like to have an initial phone call to introduce and go over some basic information. Following a phone call, especially for Weddings or Sweet Sixteens, I like to do a meeting to go over details and formalities and other package options. These events usually require more in depth information. We have such a variety of options for future Bride & Grooms and Sweet Sixteen girls that an in person meeting would allow us to breakdown all of our options for our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been in this DJ and Entertainment business for over 14 years. I have provided services for every type of event. From 1st Birthdays to 50th Anniversaries to 500 person weddings. We have done it all.
