- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depends on your volume of works, we can always discuss a plan that will fit your budget. Moreover, I provide super affordable service/work to customer that you have one less thing worry about.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Email. Text. Call whichever you prefer. I prefer to email so we could keep the conversation. Discuss with me your request and I will go through all the detail with you black and white. Very simple!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I self practice Calligraphy, like people self learning how to cook, gardening, drawing...etc. It's all about how passion you have to a subject. Practice makes Progress.
