I highly recommend working with Pristine Home Inspection. As a first-time home buyer in NYC, working with Yasmin was helpful and insightful. Yasmin was professional, experienced, and educational. As we went through certain parts of the condominium, she was open to explaining and helping me understand her best practices and engineering recommendations. If you’re looking for a detailed inspector and awesome customer service this is who you need to call. I was able to go from setting up the appointment to having a detailed report within the week. Yasmin conducted a thorough inspection of a fixer upper Im in the process of purchasing, her report is very detailed with pictures and is an easy read. I even learned a thing or 2 from her summary. I highly recommend her. PS she’s an engineer too!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing depend on house type, if its a condo or town house, single family with basement or two family or multi family. Also it depends on the property location. I consider discount for Staten Island houses.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask for the location of house and if its closer to me, I accept negotiations.
