Cassandra came to clean the house I just bought, which was definitely a big project as the house was in bad shape. I appreciated her responding and coming to clean so quickly. She did a good job cleaning up the large debris and the house looked cleaner overall. However, I noticed that the panty looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all as well as the windows. The kitchen cabinets were streaky and the fireplace was still full of soot. When I addressed my concerns with Cassandra and asked her to return and finish the project or refund me some of the money, she refused and said that my expectations were too high. The main reason for the low rating is the way she responded to me.

I just had my house cleaned by Cassandra and I couldn’t be happier! She showed up when she said she would be here. She did a phenomenal job for a great price. I honestly can not recommend her highly enough!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only do my estimates at the time of the in home consultation so I can give a thorough review of the home. This helps me to know how long it will take. If the home hasn’t been maintained i usually recommend a deep clean for the first time to get everything completely cleaned so from there on out it will just need to be maintained and everything will remain clean.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a free in home consultation to go over my services and my customers needs. Then we go over the contract and set up how often and when services will be provided.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have cleaned attorneys offices, warehouses and homes.
