Summer Math Tutor

Introduction: We all have catching up to do after the crazy year we've had. Math skills build on each other year after year, so a good foundation of the basics is essential to thriving in any math classroom. I'm here to help! My 100+ hours of paid tutoring experience have included mathematics (elementary and middle school basics, geometry, and algebra), Spanish, reading, and general study skills. Aside from being a doctoral student, I have worked as a part-time substitute teacher in local public schools since 2018. This means I have bounced around in math classrooms from kindergarten to pre-calculus and have a good understanding of the skills needed at each grade level. I am an enthusiastic, friendly, and creative tutor who is passionate about getting your kid ready to step back into the classroom confidently in September!
