- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing for sessions are all-inclusive, meaning you'll receive all the digital images with your session (unless it is a mini session) included in your cost. It is the best bang for your buck while getting amazing images!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a client will chat with me about what is offered with my session, and then we determine a date that will work for both parties for the session. I then ask my clients to fill out (electronically) a Client Agreement form and submit a $75 deposit via Paypal or check to hold their session date. The remainder is due at the time of the session. Prior to the session I can also give the client some guidance via email or text regarding outfit ideas. My clients find this to be extremely helpful!
