FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am MUCH less than CPA's as often their rate is $350/hour!. I do want a job well done for you, so I take the approach quality is very important. Anyone can quote a cheap price but you might end up paying for it later on. I will get it done, it will be timely, and it will be reasonable!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone conversation with them to get to know a little more about them and their needs. Its ok, if you dont prefer this route and wish to communicate text or email. Most often some phone conversation is a must. Text, FB Messenger, i-phone Face time, email are all good and more. I may ask for them to share some information wtih me on my web portal to further read on their business or personal situation.
