Suray replied to my request immediately, offered an excellent recommendation (which was tailored to my request) and was clear on his price which was extremely reasonable. He came out to my home the same day, and professionally and knowledgeably discussed the options for repairing my Lenovo laptop. Suray first advised a conservative approach to repair the hard drive and save me the expense of replacing it. I opted to replace the drive with an SSD to save time and improve performance. Suray also fixed my "capslock" key and completed the Windows 10 installation. Before leaving he made sure everything was functioning cleanly and properly. Additionally he made sure I understood the details of the driver setup and which key needed to be pressed to get into the BIOS if I need to modify it later. He generously offered that I could contact him with any further questions. I will definitely use Compotus again should the need arise and I highly recommend this company! Outstanding service!

Surey came out to my place the same day and on time to fix my infected Toshiba laptop. He was friendly, professional and very helpful to answer all my questions. He cleaned and improved my laptop functions. He also charged me less then initial price because there was less problems to fix he entiecipated in the first place. He seems to be very honest person. Highly recommended!

I was dissatisfied with my existing tech support and wanted to try a new company. Compotus was very responsive and came same day. They were courteous, professional, and took the time to answer my questions. They repaired issues that my previous tech support couldn't. I am pleased, and I highly recommend them.

The technician was promptly on time and worked diligently to resolve my computer issues. In his commitment to service, he had to make several trips in order to fix my multiple problems. My desktop definitely runs faster now.

I needed t have two of my laptops repaired and Suray did a good job. One was a bit of a clunker and I was not too concerned but Suray offered to bring it home, fix it and bring it back. Now that is service!
