The movers were very good...except that I had to be at the new location while they moved my studio apt belongings. I tried to call several times with no answer while they took extra long to arrive...4 hours of moving time of what could have taken about 2 hours but the mover admitted they went slowly because I wasn’t present. This wasn’t too bad but then after I was charged an extra $350. When I noticed I called to inform them to correct it. I was told it would be fixed. It was not so I had to repeat this calling and informing 3 times! On the fourth phone call the number did not go through, I believe they blocked my number. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first step in providing an accurate quote to our clients, is to ensure that we have all the necessary information. We need to know things like the type of home that is being moved, as well as what items, are moving. Additionally, we need to find out what type of service the client is interested in, whether they need full service, or just loading and unloading. Once we have all the information, we will try our best to provide an accurate price quote. If the client likes the quote they receive, they can contact us to provide their contact information, and addresses to reserve a move date and time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our employees are continually trained in order to ensure that they are providing a professional service to each client on every move.
