Introduction: As a small Business we understand the necessity for quality workmanship and professionalism We are a selective group of trainers/nutritionist/coaches who have serviced the DC and Northern Virginia area for 3 years now working in numerous gyms and studios around the area, i feel this gives Roc fitness an edge because of the excellent levels of training we all have attained! in some ways combining the best of a big box gym and small studio personalization is key, and the relationships we build with our clients are sincere and thorough due to our small size. Along with flexible scheduling and promptness we make the process a bit easier to hit the ground running! We hope to bring fitness to all corners of our area by offering exclusive onsite training and online coaching specializing in; Weight loss, Muscle building, Nutrition, Athletic training, boot camps, yoga I have been to countless gyms and seen people striving to reach their goals, everybody is entitled to a healthy lifestyle that's what got me hooked, the immense feeling of accomplishment when you tap into your reservoir of potential. Being able to help others reach that same feeling is what i love most about my job, you can't put a price tag on the positive maybe life changing impact i can have on others by spreading health and wellness .
