I reached out to Century not for pest control but their other service which is crawl space restoration. My crawl space had a moisture issue and no vapor barrier at all. They came in and did their own version of a French drain covering, provided me with dehumidifiers, vapor barrier and sealed loose brick underneath my patio steps. Truly amazing work!!!

The contractor was able to give me the quote over Thumbtack and stay true to the quote. Maybe it was due to the weekend, but I did not get a timely response as to when they were stopped by. Otherwise I am happy with the value.

Hired Century to remove birds nesting on the deck/roof and apply tanglefoot to eaves where we were experiencing additional bird nesting.l on the roofline. They came out, discovered some roof issues that needed repair and contributed to the problem and brought that to my attention to get repaired. They came back after the repair to reapply treatment at no additional cost, great service!

Arc Bernardo was the inspector who came to my home. Before he entered , he put on a mask and shoe covers! GREAT first impression. He was very professional and dressed in a company uniform. He was extremely thorough with his inspection even to include a video and pictures. He was approachable to any questions I had and explained the situation completely. He even gave me recommendations for additional protection/prevention forthgoing. He is an absolute great person.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most important start is a detailed inspection to accurately diagnose the cause of the problem. Once we know exactly what we are dealing with, we can accurately solve the concern. It is a team effort between Century Termite & Pest and the customer.
