Additional charges may occur if additional services are requested by the customer. The mold remediation jobs require a complete walk through and evaluation before an exact estimate can be rendered to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My process with potential new clients is fairly easy. Customers contact my company, we discuss the service needed, we discuss cost of the job where applicable, we schedule a time and date, our certified technicians come to your location and render the service. Customers receive a follow up from one of our field representatives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our company has been in business since 2006. We are not only qualified but certified and experienced in the business. Each one of our technicians are well trained and professional.
