Jill Regensburg catered my daughter Melissa's graduation party and my daughter Sarah's baby shower. Both of the parties were over 30 people. We had a mixed crowd with meat eaters and vegetarians . Jill managed to bring siding and delicious food for everybody , that they could enjoy. They were very healthy and appetizing with beautiful presentation❤️Everything was on time . Jill's cooking lessons are informative and lots of fun, and it is easy to concentrate when you do it in your own kitchen. She suggested that my husband and I invite a few friends to join us for the lessons. Jill helped plan the menu around technique and dishes that we were interested in learning and she brought the necessary ingredients for the lesson. We all did the prep work together and it was very "hands on." When we had prepared everything we sat down and enjoyed the fruits of our labor. Jill even suggested some wine pairing. She is knowledgeable about food from many different countries as well as vegetarian, gluten free and other special needs diets.Dec 2, 2015

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After an initial phone conversation where I hear more specific details about your personal needs or goals for the event, I can make suggestion for an appropriate menu and can give an accurate quote. I often come to see where the event is being held so I can plan a strategy for a successful event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I studied Culinary Arts in France and have had extensive restaurant, catering and Personal Chef experience.
