- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am proud to say that I work for one of the top 5 Real Estate companies in town. My broker has been in the business for over 27 years, which is a great advantage to my clients when it comes to protecting my clients assets and when it comes to negotiating the contract. With that said, we are not like the big companies, who over charge. So you can feel rest assured to know we offer the best rate around!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to get to know my clients. I will set up an appointment to meet my prospective client and go over their real estate goals and learn about their needs and wants with their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been continuously licensed since 2005. I possess a Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology. I am an avid learner and an advocate for continuous self improvement through education.
