- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates will fluctuate in correspondence to how much duties I am assigned and what type of the event. I am definitely willing to work as much as I could to fit in within their budget and help expand their option.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually request my clients to check my website to find out more ideas about my past creations. Gather more information about their plans and give my personal input just to get started. Then, set up a meeting in person/over the phone to get to know more about my client that help me visualize their concept of their ideal decors base on their preference.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took an online class program for Event Planner/Coordinator. And as a event decorator, I do continue to pick up the latest trend and searching throughout the web to improve my knowledge on event planning/decorating. My exquisite 10+ yrs. experience makes my ability to enhance my skills and inner perspective on decorating.
