Highly recommended. Contacted Johnson and Johnson home improvement about fixing the overhead light fixture in the bathroom since it wasn’t a simple bulb replacement. Got a fast reply and time scheduled. He let me know my options, and I went with a fixture replacement which was far more affordable than the part replacement would have been. He offered to get the fixture so I didn’t have to figure it out. Though I had the option. He also went the extra mile in looking at outlets that didn’t work. Previously an electrician had “fixed” them but ghosted me after outlets that used to worked weren’t working any more. Johnson and Johnson home improvement fixed them. He checked all the possibilities and even though it wasn’t what I originally asked him to fix, his tenacious nature to find a solution to a problem found the answer. All my outlets work now. He knows what he’s doing and answered all of the questions that I had. I ask a LOT of questions. And if he didn’t know he checked his network of sources to find out. It was a good experience, and I will definitely use Johnson and Johnson home improvement again when needed. Highly recommend.

My prices reflect the estimated time of completion and the price of materials. I offer a Sr. Citizen discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon meeting a new customer I do my best to understand the project. I give an estimate of the total cost and time table. I keep receipts for materials and add that to the estimate labor cost. I am flexible with client's time and try my best to be accommodating.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trade Schools. with Electrical and carpentry and US Navy with Plumbing and Excellency
