- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I am fair and I try to provide a flat for a job. Hourly pricing can cause the customer to pay more than they should.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to call the customer as soon as Belanti is selected for a job. I go over details of the job with the customer, pricing, explanation of services, time and date and any other preferences the customer might want to discuss.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I was a manager at Rent-A-Center so I have experience in delivering furniture, electronics and appliances.
