- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To decide if we're a right fit for each other, I typically like to schedule a complimentary discovery session together. During this session, we will discuss your health and lifestyle goals to determine the actions you can take to achieve the results you want. After that, if we decide to work together, it's recommended that we meet once a week for 4-12 weeks, depending on the clients goals and desires.

Certified Holistic Health Coach, training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition Certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always had a desire to learn about the food I was eating and how I can improve my health. A few years ago, I stumbled upon a local health coach's blog (at the time, I didn't really know what a health coach was!) and reached out to her to learn about her experience and what it meant to be a health coach. After hearing about how much of an impact she was able to have in her client's lives and knowing I wanted to impact people the same way, I enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and soon realized I loved this work!! Through my training I discovered that living a healthy lifestyle was about so much more than just eating healthy food or going on a diet. Every area of our lives are connected and have an impact on our health and wellbeing. It is now my mission to help women become the healthiest version of themselves and have a blast in the process!
