I really love creating delicious dishes that make my clients smile from ear to ear. I have always loved cooking for people and interacting with them. I was given the pleasure of being introduced to Joe Gatto, from a dear friend. At the Boston Public Market I attended one of Joe's workshops. I was amazed to find out how easy and simple it is to make your own pasta, shapes etc. His techniques are something that I have never seen in a cook. He's extremely meticulous, attentive and passionate. My First, by Far, by Scratch Cook. I am proud to say I attended one of Joe Gatto's book signings at the Peabody Barnes & Noble. As I call his book "The New Food Review"!! I have also had the pleasure of watching over what he does in his own kitchen. It is quite amazing what you can do in the smallest of kitchens. I am not saying his kitchen is small, it is big and well supplied with all a professional chef could possibly need. Chef Joe hosted a group for a pasta and sauce demo from scratch. We loved his professional abilities and his friendly nature. He was engaging and captivated the whole group of strangers! They left feeling like they could make it all again at their own homes! Everyone loved hearing his favorite things to cook and they were spell-bound hearing about creating every element from scratch for homemade hot dogs, pretzel buns, and even condiments. He was so prepared, on time, neat, and professional. We'd love to work with him again!

Fantastic experience with Joe! He makes the entire process a lot of fun with no pressure whatsoever. We learned a ton about how to make Gnocci and both dishes were tasty. I loved bringing home the extras and sharing with friends and family. :)
