- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every home is unique, therefore the best way to give an accurate quote is for us to do walk through of your home. We estimate the cost based on the square footage, however the condition of the home does play a factor in the actual cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want our client to experience the best cleaning experience and to achieve that we prefer to do a walk through of the home to better understand the needs of our clients. This will also help us to prepare better for the project and to give a more accurate pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tanisha Salmon is the founder Luxuria Cleaning Services. Tanisha is also a Realtor with Coldwell Banker who sells homes in the Greater Boston and South Shore Area, so she knows the value of a clean home. She gained her hospitality and professional experience from working as a Property Manager at the Four Seasons Hotel for over 12 years. Tanisha is well rounded in all areas of managing, selling and maintaining a pristine home and her clients appreciates her value.
