Amazing Company!!! After getting taken advantage of by 2 separate companies, one, 2seperate occasions and a local business in Martin County used by many. (although haven't seen their truck in the community as much recently. Perhaps their tactics are finally being discovered! ) Claiming to be a "family run"business doesn't always mean a good thing. This company, who's name refers to something we drink, as well as, a shade of blue, is a complete joke, thieves, and, because I do not have a male part, completely took advantage of my lesser knowledge w/regards to the water equipment & how it should operate. Thousands later,still wanting more $, to fix their job that waa poorly done and me having no means left, I came upon Knotts Water. This company was a life saver for me &my children. Not only did they arrive as planned, they went above & beyond what was expected, EVEN AT A TIME when others would have refused. Very rare to find such a qualified, fair, knowledgeable business as this one!! The ONLY water company I will EVER use again. Cannot go wrong here!!!!

I had the good fortune to be sitting next to a Knott's truck at a red light so I jotted down the number. I had nothing but terrible water issues since I moved to the Farms 2 years ago! David Knott was very responsive - called me right back and even was able to come out that day! He expertly assessed my situation and got me up and running, not only with greatly improved water pressure but also with the clearest, best water I've had in years! Awesome company and awesome owner!
