- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are able to give you hourly quotes or quotes for the entire event. Please be aware that there would be overtime charges should your event go outside of the parameters we discuss.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a bachelors degree in public relations from the University of Florida and have worked in restaurants and done private catering since I was 15-years-old.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We are a family that has worked in the restaurant business for most of our lives. We've owned restaurants, bartended and catered for many years.
