- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding a coach you feel at ease with is essential to reaching your goals. That's why we start with a complementary phone conversation. This allows us to determine if we work well together and provides you with a better idea of how coaching works. What you can expect from coaching with me: 1) An initial free 30 minute phone conversation. 2) An initial discovery session to discuss your hopes and goals and values. 3) Regularly scheduled coaching sessions (usually four sessions per month) ideally with a 3 month commitment. 4) Flexible scheduling, from full 60 minute sessions every week to shorter sessions throughout the month. 5) Tools, exercises, visualizations and assignments for ongoing development between sessions. 6) Email support for questions and encouragement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Co-Active coaching and became certified. I have also studied and become certified as a business coach. I attend learning seminars regularly to enhance my skills and network frequently. My life is dedicated to helping others. It fills my soul!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I came to a crisis in my life and I really didn't know who I was supposed to be when I grew up. That began my career in coaching. I worked with a coach for year and a half and then realized I was birn to be a coach. I began my journey at that point.
