We have worked with John and Kent on several projects in the last couple of years. They are always professional, prompt, and willing to do everything necessary to make sure the job is done right. The latest job we hired them for was to sand and stain a fence surrounding our backyard. The job was done on time and the fence looks brand new again. We look forward to working with Lux North again on our next home project.

These guys were AMAZING. They worked with me very closely on budget and came in just where I told them I needed to be. The end result was beautiful. Neighbors were all coming over asking for their information so they could hire them as well. They even offered to go by the house while we were out of town to water all the newly planted plants, to be sure they all survived the heat wave. I can't say enough good things... Hire these guys.

Great team and the results were fantastic: they transformed a weed ridden, uninhabitable back yard into a beautiful desert oasis! The team listened to our concerns and made sure we were happy with the work along the way. John and Kent gave a competitive quote and stuck to the budget. In one half of the yard they poured custom concrete with Mexican beach pebbles between the slabs. In the other half they put down decomposed granite and planted podocarpus privacy hedges. The team showed up on time or early each day, and the entire project was completed in our tight timeline. John or Kent were onsite each day of the work and their team was polite and caring. They went above and beyond: For example, John even helped us replace two outdoor GFIs and gave us great advice along the way on other projects around the house. We plan to use Lux North for all of our major projects going forward - landscaping, hardscaping, construction, etc. We had a house warming party a few days after the project was completed and all of our friends were blown away with the final product! there is no way to give a standard pricing every customer has his or her own ideas and needs.

first is a free estimate and understand the clients needs,second offer suggestions and talk about options, third is offer to break down job so they understand costs related. Communication is always key.
