- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always happy to bundle pricing for multiple services, and I will offer a 3 month introductory rate. I only work under contract and I will not begin work without a deposit. I will be very clear about what is included in pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In my 15 minute call I want to learn about the product or service, learn about the current audience and the audience the client is trying to capture, understand the clients goal; a lot of clients say” I want more exposure”, so are you seeking more followers and fans or are you wanting to get your product or service in front of people who are ready to buy or looking for what you are offering?, sometimes a client says “I think my audience is on Facebook” but if they aren’t certain I like to run a few diagnostics to see if that’s where they are, they may be on Instagram or Pinterest or twitter or LinkedIn. I don’t ever want to waste your money or time on the wrong channel or strategy. I will make some suggestions within the budget and then if the client feels excited we run that strategy and we measure it regularly for effectiveness and tweak as necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did my undergrad at Amherst in Communications and sociology-anthropology and my masters at CSULA in education. I spent 15 years in marketing, PR and advertising. The last company I was Director if Marketing, sold and I took my shares to start a new life as a small business consultant so that I could focus on family and building individual projects and businesses that I am passionate about. I am passionate about, human rights and achievements in diversity, foster care, empowering young women, finding solutions for the homeless population and ending the opioid crisis.
