- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do charge a service call fee to troubleshoot there system. We do provide a free estimate on replacement of there outdated system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for new customers is the same as existing customers I treat there home as if it was mine,
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 17 years of hvac experience in installing and service work, I’ve graduated from tcc in 2003
