- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always conduct a pre-interview with my clients. I want to make sure they are a good fit for my services and I need ensure they are committed to the process. Then there will be pre-work before out meetings. Sessions occur weekly for approximately 1 hour along with supplemental phone calls and assignments. This is usually a 3 month commitment, since it take this long to truly be beneficial.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a #1 best selling author in Business and Leadership Training and Self-help/Inner-shild. Also, I am professionally trained in communications with a long history of serving clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Having always been a sounding board for colleagues and clients, I began to formalize my position as a coach. After writing a best selling book, the natural progression was to begin focusing on this full time.
