Prior to my career in real estate, I have had worked as a social worker for 7 years. My skills as a social worker have crossed over well into a real estate career. My ability to listen and identify the needs of clients are my key strengths, along with negotiating aggressively on their behalf. My key areas of focus are selling homes, first-time home buyers, relocation, new construction, move-up buyers, investors who are looking to hold and rent, and investors who are looking to rehab and flip houses. I am a full-service Realtor who is providing top-notch customer service. I pride myself in using the latest technology to assist my clients with their real estate needs. I assist my clients in these areas, as I have also experienced them myself. I am also an active real estate investor who is looking for deals.
