- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a 65 service fee that i charge to come look at the system to check out what is wrong, I do not charge by the hour I charge for the items that need to be repaired
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
walk around with the customer, asking questions about the system and problems they are having and giving a quote before doing any work. listen to the problems they are having.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
TECQ training for Irrigation, Low Voltage lighting , Certified paver installer , pesticide and irrigation pumps .
