- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are so flexible about the pricing. Although our price is so competitive, we are trying to understand our clients and make them happy. We have a loyalty discount to our loyal clients and referred clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always rely on clients. First of all, we try to get all the requirements from clients. Then do scheduling of the photo session and find the best location to do the session. Then start some preparation for the client session. After capturing the photos, we will provide the client with the contact sheets. The client should choose the photos from the contact sheets. We will do retouching per client selection and will provide the photos at the end. If our client is happy with the photos, we will provide the client with the invoice thru the email. They could pay by any type of card.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We really love photography. We always do photography during our education. When I got our master degree in Business, I hired a photographer to got some capture of my graduation. But I really disappointed with the results. I asked my spouse to capture some photos with our camera. And the results was fabulous. Then the others asked us to capture some photos for them. And this was the beginning of our business. Since 2014, after graduation, we worked hard with our clients to make them happy.
