We have had a Kenmore dishwasher for a few years now, and it has always been a decent machine, very few problems with it. It is not really high tech, and it leaves spots, but for the most part it does a pretty good job, but recently we have noticed that the water does not completely drain from the bottom of the dishwasher right away. It lays in there for a while before it drains. Not real crazy about the possibilities of mold forming. So I gave Sugar Land Appliance Repair a call. I have used these guys a couple of times before, and I am always impressed by how professional and affordable they are. Once again I was not disappointed. They got me an appointment the same week. The technician Vince was very friendly and knowledgeable. Turns out the dishwasher was not draining right. Vince fixed it right up and the price was very reasonable. These guys are great! I have recommended them to all of my friends and family and I have heard nothing but positive things from the people I know who have given them a try.

A few years back we purchased what we considered to be a top of the line KitchenAid wall oven 3 years ago. One Evening this year the oven display said meat probe thermometer error. I have never even used the meat probe thermometer. I cannot get the message to clear and cannot use my oven. So I called up our good friends over at Sugar Land Alliance Repair and told them what happened. They said not to worry they will have somebody out to take a look at our oven. The technician they sent over Vince was a nice guy. He took a look at our Oven and it did not take him long to figure out that we had a faulty control board. He gave me an estimate on the work, and told us he could get the parts and be back in a couple of days to do the work. The estimate he gave us seemed reasonable so we gave him the go-ahead. He showed up a couple of days later with the parts and had our oven back up and running in no time. That is what I like about Sugar Land Appliance Repair, they always do a great job, and they do it for a price that you can afford. They are a great company.

We entertain a lot, and when we are having friends over for dinner, one of our most valuable assets is our Frigidaire Gallery 30'' Warmer Drawer, We use it all of the time. So when it quit working one day we were upset. We were having friends over in 2 days and you can’t get anything fixed in 2 days. At least that is what I thought. I called up Sugar Land Appliance Repair and set up and appointment for the day of the party early. The repairman Frank showed up early and I showed him the warming drawer. He spent a little time working on the warming drawer. Before you know it he had it back up and running. He said we had a bad fuse, and he had the right fuse with him. I could not believe it. He had our Warming Drawer fixed in plenty of time to use it for our party. I could thank him enough. In never thought we could get the warming drawer fixed in under 48 hours, really impressive service. Sugar Land Appliance Repair is a great company that is why whenever we need something fixed they are the first number we call.
