- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone conversation and get an understanding of the end project goals. In video cases we will have in-person meetings to develop the script and storyboard. For audio projects the majority of my work is done without ever seeing the customer. The client either provides a script, or I help work it up. We agree on the style, music and all other elements and a private project website or FTP site is used to provide project updates.
