- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Service calls run $70 there is no hourly fee upon arrival any other expense to customer would be in parts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Initial contact is general via phone. If it is a service call we will set up a time that works for the customer the best we can and one of the techs will come to house. If it is a bid for a new system I will personally visit customer at home and walk through the process of a new system with them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Taking classes for different certifications as well as years of hands on experience. Same speaks true to my employees.
