- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system depends on the amount of time you would like me to spend with your pet: 30, 60 or 90 minutes. I also can do overnight care, wedding activities, daily walkies and dog park visits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, the first step is to schedule a consult. This allows me to meet the potential new customer and their pets. This appointment is usually 60-90 minutes and during this appointment we just get to know one another. I want the owner to feel comfortable with allowing me to spend time with their pet when they are away. This also is a chance for the owner to show me the house and all the ins and outs of caring for their pets.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years experience with pet sitting, I have been working in the Veterinary Medicine career field for the past 17+ yrs and have extensive knowledge of most issues involved with pet care. I am well trained as a vet tech and can also take care of sick, injured and diabetic pets.
