Introduction: We are a veteran and family-owned and-operated local business. We take the time to walk our clients through the inspection process and encourage our clients to attend the home inspection. We will have an easy to read report prepared and ready for our clients the same day of the inspection. We want to give our clients a quality and professional home inspection at a great price. I have worked in the construction industry as well for over 10 years. I enjoy helping buyers, whether its first time buyers or seasoned buyers in the process of selecting the perfect home for their family. I am available to answer questions before, during and after the inspection process.

Prices vary from square footage and the age of the home
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Interacting with new customers is initially done via phone or email. I am more than willing to meet with customers at the home prior to giving a quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed, insured and bonded in the South Carolina to perform home inspections. I also complete Continuing Education Units (CEU) each year to stay current on any changes in my industry. I am a member of ASHI and InterNACH
