I have apologized to Mr. Edward for losing track of his job. I set a reminder on my calender and missed it. I have also apologized for my phone number not being updated on my account, I thought I updated it when I changed numbers several months ago. I Immediately updated my number and offered to do the job for free to which I received no reply.
