- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is customized for your event. That way you are not paying for a large event especially if your not having one. Sometimes you just want a simple capture for your event. With customized pricing, you pay for exactly what you get. If you use more than one service of ours, we are able to offer discounted prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to meet our customers on a personal level. We try to learn a little about your personality so we can get an idea of what you are looking for. We ask a lot of questions ahead of time to acquire this info. We think of each event we do as a production. We like to go into detail of your event some on the day of, there are not any surprises to us. Our goal is to always be proactive not reactive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Tech's all have some type of formal training in there area os expertise ranging from Certificates to Degrees. Also, to help us to stay current in our industry we attend National Association of Broadcasters Conferences (NAB) as well as Weddings, Portraits, Photography Expos and Conferences (WPPI). This lets us meet and network with others in our industry to bring home learned ideas and implement them in your event.
