FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the type of work, we price most every project using a hard number estimate. Each estimate will have itemized pricing for each task on the project. When it's possible, we will give a price based on footage as well
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a potential client and myself have connected, I try to schedule a meeting at the project, if needed, to get an clear picture of the project and understanding of the clients expectations. An itemized estimate is created for the project. If the client decides to move forward at that point, a home improvement or construction contract is drafted and signed. After all the preliminary construction tasks are completed, we mobilize and begin work on the project
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold certifications for CPR, OSHA 10, SWPPP, and certified to operate many pieces of equipment. I'm a state licensed contractor, journeyman level carpenter (union), and have 2 years of experience as a Project Superintendent in commercial construction.
