Great experience!! Caleb arrived right when he said he would. He gave a courtesy call 5 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on his way. He listened to what i thought the problem was, looked at what he thought it may be, and then gave me the best quote I had been given. He was very professional and was able to fix the repair right then. I paid the exact price I was quoted (no hidden fees). I would DEFINITELY recommend Busy Bee!

Very professional. I was having problems with my garage door and he responded within 5 minutes and was on time and very professional and polite. I will be recommending them to my friends and neighbors. And i might add this was on a weekend and pricing is very fair.

Caleb was friendly, had all the parts and replaced my springs quickly. He adjusted the door and lubed everything. I had him look over my 30 year old opener and he said it was a good one and was working fine, so he recommended that I keep it and only replace it if it fails.
