I give Jorge five stars he knows what he's talking about. When he trains you, he concentrate on the muscles you are working on that day and he can make a 30 minute workout well worth it just as if you were doing an hour workout. I've become more fit and knowledgeable of my fitness because of him, thank you Jorge. He is a really nice guy too.

We started working with Jorge about 3 weeks ago. He comes to our house 3 days a week with a workout plan designed just for us. We start out with a nice warmup then we get right into the workout. He also assigns homework which keeps us working out everyday. Just after 3 weeks we are starting to see improvement and we are getting stronger. We look forward to working Jorge for a long time.

Jorge is awesome. Started working on strength training with him and I was amazed how the small adjustments he had me make here and there made such a big difference. He also showed me how to correctly perform some exercises I dreaded before.
Now we've transition to training Muay Thai and I'm more than happy with the progress I'm making with Jorge training me. I'm convinced that he can meet anyone's training needs.

ReGainU has been amazing these past few months. Coach Jorge is very thorough & will not allow you to cut yourself short. He teaches with passion & helps push you to your limits. Everything is clearly explained & questions are easily answered.
