Introduction: With several years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I offer a supportive, dedicated, and caring service to every one of my clients. Discussions will take place with the client to determine goals, along with careful and thoughtful listening on my end. Designing a creative plan will follow, in order to target clients' goals and assure achievement. For me, the most exciting part of personal training is seeing the positive impact it has had on a client's life. Whether it's baby steps or great strides, feeling good or enjoying a workout, it's fantastic to see the joy in people's eyes. There's nothing better than helping someone reach goals, gain confidence, and believe in themselves!

I have been training with Shana for over a year now. She's an awesome trainer and really makes the workouts fun and entertaining! She continues to come up with new exercises and it's a great balance between weights, cardio, core work and some yoga. I would encourage anyone interested in getting fit or increasing their endurance to signup for some PT sessions.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing varies according to how many sessions per week and also with the number of people in the session. One person, 1 session per week is $50. 2/week is $45 each and 3/week is $40 each. Each additional person reduces the rate another $5/session.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have several years of experience and am certified through NETA to teach a variety of styles of fitness classes including boot camps, trx, yoga, Pilates, and kickboxing. I received my Personal Trainer Certification from ACE and have been training now for 2 years.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

Helping people is in my blood. I have a teaching background and hired a personal trainer for myself several years ago. I fell in love with the profession, started teaching fitness classes, and realized I wanted to take it to another level. Instilling confidence in others, and helping them to see their beauty and believing in themselves is what I love to do, and I can help them achieve this through personal training.
