Introduction: Patrick Talesfore, Jr. is a drum set artist from Sunnyvale, CA. His playing has been described as '...cognizant, deliberate, musical...like facing a life or death moment. Passion personified.' Patrick is most recognized for his work with Cerce, Space Devil Rest in Peace, and as a soloist as well as having worked with Nishad George, Dylan Ewen, Sam Morrison, Piotr Lato, Matt Hull, David Lechuga-Espadas, Borin Bou, Tom Weeks, gabby fluke-mogul, Eliot Burk, Rome Yamilov, Kazuto Sato, Nima Hafezieh, Zac Suskevich, Zach Weeks, Becca Cadalzo, Tim Altieri and even got to jam with Ernie Isley once...Patrick studied with Kenwood Dennard, Sergio Bellotti, Anthony Cirone, George Marsh, Henrique De Almeida, Tony “Thunder” Smith, Wally Schnalle, and Jason Wall.
Patrick has been teaching drum lessons since 2009 and traveled to San Diego, Atlanta, Chicago, Washington D.C., Pittsburgh, and Hartford to teach music. He currently teaches at NorCal Music & Arts Center and at his residence in Sunnyvale. Patrick's students achieve in music with many of them starting bands, touring, publishing music, and working in the music industry. Some of Patrick’s students receive scholarships to study music and have been admitted to institutions such as Berklee College of Music, Emerson College, San Jose State, Columbia College, and Musicians Institute. No matter their musical path all of Patrick's students live musically enriched lives playing for themselves and their community.
