- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After we set up a time to meet, we will sit down and get to know each other. We generally start with the past and move forward. In the past we will discuss previous experiences with coaches, the times that you felt like you were at the best place in your life and any relevant health history. We will then talk about where you are now, and how ready you are to make a change. Moving towards the future, we will talk about and set your goals. Any necessary assessment test will be done and then we will begin to formulate the best plan specially tailored to you.
