My 6-year-old was getting eaten alive by something but I never found the bugs- after some research determined it must be bed bugs- UGH! I tore the house apart, did hours and hours of laundry, deep cleaned the whole house and bought expensive bed bug spray. They were back in 3 months! Steven's crew did a great job heat treating and spraying our house for bed bugs (and who-knows-what-else in our old fixer-upper house/probably mites and other creepy things) as far as I can tell- I suppose time will tell if it did the trick. They have a 90-day warranty which is fair since that's the life cycle time for bed bugs. I honestly can't imagine anything surviving what they did- we stayed in a hotel that night but my husband went back to make sure the house was locked up and put on encasements I bought for the mattresses, and he said two hours after they were done it was still VERY hot in the house, maybe mid-90s. When we returned the next day the entire house had a pleasant minty/pine smell from the spray they clearly had been thorough about, we threw our hotel clothes and bags into the dryer on high heat to be sure we didn't bring anything back home either. The heat treatment does do a number on certain things in the house, but in my mind it's worth that risk- we had inherited cheap window blinds with this house that bowed, and some cloth organizer toy bins in my son's room came apart from the glue melting on the seams. Easily fixed and shows how hot it got in the bedrooms. Nothing else was damaged from the heat, electronics were all fine. The crew also sprayed spiders around the exterior of the house, an added bonus that was much appreciated. When I had questions after the treatment, Steven answered right away even on the weekend. Highly recommend Signature Home.

My worst nightmare - bed bugs! I wanted to get the issue identified and fixed, fast. Steven picked up the phone on a holiday, allowed me to text photos of the bug, and helped come up with a treatment plan quickly. In addition to being incredibly responsive, his team arrived on-time and were courteous, professional and respectful of us and our home. We had a bed-bug sniffing dog do a follow-up to make sure we caught all the problems, and got a clean report. They were very impressed with the job Signature Home's did too. I'd highly recommend their services to anyone in a similar situation and I'll call on them again for any pest or rodent problem in the future

I quoted a few companies, most of them suggested to replace everything, but Signiture Home suggested to do some fix up and add additional layer to make the R value high, which is much cheaper option and also fulfills our requirements. After the insulation, the room temperature improved a lot. My garage ceiling door was broken, and they also helped me install a new one for free. They are really nice and professional. Thanks a lot!

We worked directly with Steven, the owner. He was prompt to come out to provide an estimate for rodent proofing, and walked us through everything he and his crew would do. We have a flat roof, so the attic is near impossible to work in. But we asked Steven for a quote to insulate the attic, which includes cutting holes throughout the house as well as patching. Super reasonable quote. I ended up chatting with several companies about the rodent proofing, some bids similar, some much higher. But never felt anymore confident than I had with Steven. We agreed to the work, and he and his crew were here the next day. Wow! We will also be having them perform the insulation in the ceiling once we know the rats are gone. Likely will be doing the sub floor insulation. Steven and team completed the job yesterday. I couldn’t believe the work they did in cleaning for such a reasonable price. At the end, he walked me around to show the screens they repaired, concrete used to patch holes, etc. When done, he even put wildlife motion cameras in the attic and basement to make sure everything is gone. He backs this all with a 3 year warranty. Pleasure to deal with and great work. Hire these guys!
