Introduction: I am an international athlete from Barcelona- Spain. I just graduated from College after competing for the T&F team for 4 years. I have a lot of experience with both genders, and ages between 18-50. Lifting and explosive training is my favorite type of training, but I also do cardio and specific workout like Cross-fit and T&F Sprinting or jumps. Once I know what your goal is, we will go through a test workout to check what are your strength and weakness, and then I will set up a plan for you. I also help giving some nutritional recommendations, since there is different type of food you need to consume if you are trying to lose weight, gain muscle or get leaner.
