- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have programs that range from several hundred to several thousand depending on the needs of our clients and their dogs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first schedule an evaluation to get an in-depth understanding of the challenges going on in the home and to better understand the goals our clients wish to achieve with their dogs. Our clients work with their dog in order for us to observe their relationship with their dog. After that, we talk about our theory and work with their dog, getting immediate results followed by a program recommendation built around the needs of our client and their dog.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All trainers on the team undergo a comprehensive curriculum and are tested under the supervision of our Master Trainer and founder, Lorenzo Miller
