Introduction: My name is Ryan Leshinski, and I am the owner of The Clear Factor. I started this exterior cleaning business to provide customers with not only a company that gets the job done efficiently and effectively through quality products and service, but one that does so through administering a more personal experience. We want to cater all of our jobs to the unique needs of each customer that walks in our doors or calls us up. A lot of the large franchises and other big companies lose that personal touch somewhere along the way; however, providing superb customer experiences as well as delivering top quality services are top priorities for me. We make sure your specific needs are top priority. We began as a small window cleaning service and have since grown into an all-inclusive, exterior cleaning business. Our services now span gutter maintenance (cleaning & repair) and installation, pressure washing (concrete, decks, etc.), house cleaning, roof cleaning, and other various commercial services. We also offer add-on services, such as, dryer vent cleaning and high dusting. Here at The Clear Factor, our main priority is giving you a great experience. We attempt to make the process as easy as possible for the customer. We understand you are busy and don’t have a lot of time to invest in making appointments and trying to work out details; therefore, we are here to take that off of your hands.
