These guys were great!i was unsure about how garages and electrical fit but now I get it. I would definitely recommend Jordan and Mike for any electrical work that needs to be done around the house. Jordan was very professional and managed my expectations from timing to cost very well. They replaced a ceiling fan with a LED flush mount light, switched out a few bad breakers, and even figured out an issue with one of my light fixtures through trouble shooting, etc. They were so good I called them back to install an outdoor outlet for patio lighting and a 240V 50amp outlet for our electric car! Thanks Jordan!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In the business that we are in it is so hard to create a standard price, every situation is different, we do have some standard pricing for simple installation which would be lights, electric or garage door repairs and garage doors replacements.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come to your home or business free of charge to meet with you and go over your request for new services, additions or repairs. Then we will write you a fair and honest estimate for the work. In most cases the work can be done the same day, if not we will schedule installation for another day on the spot. We give you a window of 2 hours for schedule appointments, then the day of will follow up with a phone call of at least 30 minutes before we arrive.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master electrical license in the State of Georgia. All of our technicians have a journeyman's or above training certificate, we do continuing education classes all year long.
