I had my first workout with Kevin this week and he is an outstanding trainer. He is very thorough in explaining why he is taking you though each of the workout paces and what the outcome will be if you follow his training plan. Though I hadn't worked out in a while, it was not a painful or stressful session. It was actually fun!!! I wish I had know about Kevin sooner but I'm training with the best now.
